Gear Up:

We require some support from you to help us deliver the best experience possible. Please support us with securing a large open space to work for the day- ideally the school hall/ sports hall, access to power points, access to a screen for sharing videos and presentations, and designated parking (large enough for the van) at the school for the day. We have some heavy kit that will require loading/unloading and taking into the venue so please factor in any steps/accessibility issues.

Risk Assessments

Please be assured our activities are fully risk assessed. Copies of the Risk Assessments are available upon request.

Should you have any queries about activities please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask the team.

We strongly encourage schools to complete their own risk assessments for individual pupils who may require additional support.

Arrival and Timing

To ensure everything runs as smoothly as a well-tuned race car, we aim to arrive one hour before the scheduled start time. This will give us plenty of time to prepare, check everything is in place, and make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running.

We’re committed to making sure everything is set for a seamless experience, and arriving early will allow us to do just that. Please ensure a member of staff is on site ready for our arrival and that access arrangements have been agreed prior to the day of the visit. We will require designated parking to support the loading/unloading of the equipment.
